Hi all. Long time member here. We just got this about a month ago when they were offering deals on remaining 2016 cars. We have had about 10 BMW between the two of us and several of those were convertibles. We always liked the Coral Red interior and finally bit the bullet and got one. Really enjoy the car. We had considered the 235i convertible but this is much more comfortable for 4 adults. Still getting used to the size but the extra room is nice. It certainly isn't a sports car but nothing awful either.


I can't help but tinker with a few things here and there. I have already added the M sport stainless pedals and footrest, satin trim around headlight switch, clear reflectors up from and chrome bulbs to get rid of the egg yolk look. In addition, I plan on upgraded my stereo and ac trim to the 16 LCI 3 series trim that is illuminated at night. It looks great on the 16 328 at night and wasn't very much to retrofit. I want to thank other members for their posts and helping us decide which car would be best for us. Also the DIY section has been a tremendous help.

Congrats. Beautiful car! Love the CR interior. I think the CR dash is really cool. That's what I've ordered for my new '17 440i GC.

Is that Mineral White?

Yep! Mineral White! Our other is Alpine White.

The other is an SUV and the Alpine White is such an iconic color that I really like the color. I typically don't like white cars but we have a cabin in the mountains and darker colors get filthy pretty quickly. The white really hides the dust and dirt. Mineral White is nice although would not have ran after it. I do think that with the Coral Red, the combo is really gorgeous. The Mineral White metallic paint really accentuates the lines on the car. I am really happy with.

Beautiful car, I had that color combo on my 328i and I really do miss it.
