ATS-V Coupe?

What do you guys think? Lease deals are crazy right now, with people reporting deals in the 500-600 range with zero down. I was going back and forth between another M3 or an M2, but this might have just entered the fray.

Engine is great, overall car was not for me. Felt more like a suped up Lexus than a proper competitor to the M/AMG/RS lines.

Edit: should also note interior space is almost as crammed as the M2.

Since you are leasing, seems like worth a try - I looked at those too... I buy, so too much risk for me for the buy price. Hated the Cadillac dealership experience too - very low rent. When I buy a premium car, I want a premium experience... YMMV of course.

To my knowledge, engine and transmission of ATS V are exactly less great, compared to its nearly perfect dynamic - something BMW used to value the most. ATS and CTS are the true driver's car at their category, as opposed to the more family oriented BMW.

Take a test drive to figure out what ATS V is as an overall package and make your educated decision.

I did, didn't like it, hence my assessment

It's why I bought an M2.

I'm seriously considering this now that I probably won't be able to get an M2 until sometime next year. Got a quote for mid 600, zero down, 12k miles on a sedan with mt and track package/recaro/brembos. Very tempting...

Yeah it just became a very viable option for me as well.

Pretty good deal especially with 0 down. It's a solid car, pretty close to F80 in quality and performance.

I like the coupe but still wish they just used buttons and knobs inside the ATS. I mean that's not too much to ask is it? Good ol GM.. they spend tons of money to nail the chassis and then screw up the most basic of tasks.

I was looking at ATS and ATS-V, but I ticked a few options such as Navi and sunroof, the car ends up being over 80k!

I wouldn't let the price deceive you if you are trying to lease. Cars optioned well in to the 70s are leasing in the 5's and 6's.
