Bluetooth phone was Frozen

I went to answer a friend's phone call on my bluetooth thru the car and it froze out for awhile. It didn't allow me to end the call, just stayed frozen on my friend's number. I redialed him and then it finally cleared up. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Sounds like a phone problem to me. None of my BMWs with BT phone pairing has ever done that.
