Should I be concerned?

Just noticed today this happened in my car, never happened before. Its 30+ Celsius outside and ac on nothing different....?

You should be happy. Car can pump out AC hard enough to condensate your windshield

You can turn off the windshield defrost to eliminate this problem.

+1. The defrost vents are for when you need to defrost/defog.
