Is winter over?

I've been asking around and apparently "March is the snowiest(is that even a word?) month of the year." So, now that April is starting, can I put my rims back on? Or will it continue to snow in April? Thanks!

Probably OK to change rims. BUT, it always snows at least once in April, then melts the next day. I have lived here for 40 years.
