this is exciting to me for several reasons...
1. I can put off stage 2 lpfp longer and learn the basics of e85 2. no e85 within 40 min so I plan to store it in a container.. the lower rating would mean less e85 needed which in turn gives me more fill ups vs e40 or e60 I'm certainly interested and think this would give others more incentive to purchase the ethanol map pack for mhd. it seems as e40 is right on the edge of being acceptable for stock fueling and I can't be the only one that that discourages.

question though, if in a 16 gallon tank where you need 4 gallons of e85 to 12 gallons of 93 to run a 95 octane map (96 octane/e29 using 93 pump).. wouldn't that be the better option where as E25 (e26 actually) would be 3.5 to 12.5 (if I'm not wrong, absolutely correct me if I am). just trying to understand where E25 fits in now that 95 octane is an option via mhd as of recently. or is 95 octane aimed towards those with access to other non ethanol fuels such as unleaded race gas. either way I'm sure I'm just getting caught up, and I'm down regardless because as far as I'm concerned , the less e85 the better from a stock lpfp standpoint.

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...postcount=4344 Each car is gonna be different...only way to know "what works best for you" as a starting point is to add E20, run the 95 map, and log; there are very few hard and fast rules when it comes to tuning...exact ethanol/octane ratio suggestions aren't one of them. |

I'd be more interested in focusing my efforts on the E40 map or going custom on E60, etc. |

The e25 map is now OTS. It's much stronger than the 95oct v7 stage 2+ map. I dynod 95 octane with e20 when it was private beta and made 399.3whp and 457wtq with 130 degree IATs at the beginning of my dyno pulls. Strong map. E25 > 95 oct

I agree with you, I was running the v.7 Stage 2+ 95 OCT with similar blend to you, this new E25 Map feels much stronger!
