Best Price - n54 Charge Pipe w. Tial Bov

Hey gang,

Who has the best price on a n54 charge pipe and a red tial BOV? I have an 08 so it can be the short version. I don't see myself getting into meth (don't worry mom) so I don't need all the bungs.

I'm leaning towards VRSF or AR's charge pipe.

Who should I buy from?

Thanks!

Thanks for the help. I've done that but I know sometimes vendors will cut a break for forum members.

Check the sponsors classifieds.

I would recommend the long version of the ER charge pipe. Anodized black looks awesome as well.

Cheapest proven CP is the VRSF

As Jeff said, support forum vendors

You also probably meant ER charge pipe not AR

Is there a pic anywhere with the VR charge pipe with the stock DV valves?

How has no one mentioned the Phoenix Racing CP with Tial mount? Mine ended up being around $145 shipped. Scored the Tial BOV for about $220 shipped. Anyone selling a Tial BOV + CP for less than $400? Didn't think so.

Fit perfectly. Had to spend 5 minutes making the hole for the MAP sensor slightly bigger. Also had to buy 4mm vacuum tubing and caps for the DV valve ports; $8 total.

It has been an install and forget mod. Haven't checked on it since, daily driver.

BMS is actually selling the PR Charge Pipe & Tial BoV combo for $350-ish (not sure).
It's a little bit to get it to work, but the quality is there. I had minor issues with mine & BMS sent out one of their used CPE charge pipe kits to replace it.

Can't recommend them enough

I'm looking to purchase a VRSF charge pipe for my n54 e90 335i. I read one of the reviews that if I use the devils own meth kit, snow etc the bungs on the pipe may be too tall and require trimming. So, the nozzle can sit low enough to spray in the pipe and not hit the bung walls. The person who commented had an n55 though. Can someone confirm this? Or is the meth bung the same height and size on all the charge pipes? Do I need to buy a special nozzles to work with the VRSF pipe? Thanks.

We carry the BMS chargepipe, they have two nozzle bungs placed 180 degrees apart the bungs are short enough to prevent spray interference. They fit any NPT 1/8" nozzle.

Thanks fuel it. I was hoping to hear from some other vendors or users regarding the VSRF charge pipe. I've only heard good things about it and it's much cheaper than the BMS. I was looking at the BMS pipe but read reviews some people had issues with it. Also , some had issues with the Phoenix pipe BMS sells.

Do you know if the VRSF bung may be too tall for some meth nozzle applications?

Also, I was wondering how tall are the diverter valve bungs on the BMS? I have the Mr 5 intake mod on my stock air box. The 3 inch intake hose sits right on top of the diverter valves. Some after market charge pipe bungs may be too tall for my application. One way around it could be the use of a silicone elbow coupler or hose to curve the dvs down away from the intake hose I guess.

Just use 90 degree nozzle holders. I'm sure with a straight holder like the long AEM one it might be an issue.

Won't comment on VRSF as I don't carry them but I do know the BMS and BMS Elite pipes have bungs specifically cut for a clean spray pattern.

Here is a video showing both options, the Phoenix pipe became the BMS CP and the BMS CP became BMS Elite.

I haven't been able to get an answer on the VRSF yet so I'm looking more toward ER now. Just narrowing it down.

BMS Elite is what you want. Check out their perfect bung design for the nozzle.

That does look good. I went with ER. They also do custom configurations based on your setup and individual needs. Thanks.

Fuel-it is a company owned by BMS. Please take that into consideration before considering any of information posted above.

With that said, we have thousands of our charge pipes in the wild with nothing but praise along with hundreds of positive reviews on our website as well as all the popular third party resellers on this platform.

Fred makes great stuff too. I'm just sensitive to this bung issue since I've been spending a lot of time with it lately doing our chargepipe fuel injection development. A clean spray pattern in to the pipe is really important to proper meth or CPI performance.
