Throwing codes! Need help

So first off a little info on the car. It's an 2009 e92 335i 6MT. Current setup is a JB4 with a backend flash, BMS intakes, VRSF down pipes and an e30 mix.

So now to the problem. Yesterday while doing some spirited driving I heard a loud bang. Was close to home so I drove back real easy with the car lacking power, surging and the dreaded half engine light. I pulled 2 codes and got a 3100 and a 2ABC. After doing a little research I learned that my charge pipe had came of the throttle body.

I removed the charge pipe and after a visual inspection, it looked in tact. So I cleaned the throttle body surface and reattached the charge pipe. I went on to clear the codes and reset the adaptations.

When I turned the car on it started surging again and even turned off a few times. It started idling but now the same codes keep coming back. What else can I do?

What do those codes say exactly? Also, did you make sure that the charge pipe is fitted tight and correct?

How did you install the charge pipe? With the C-Clip out or in prior to install?

Starting to notice a lot of people having this issue now I'm experiencing the same.

Replaced plugs
Checked charge pipe
Redid vacuum lines.
Tested with another MAF
Then decided to remove the tune ( fixed the prob but the car sucks now slowwwwwwwww )

Other things I've heard that can cause an issue
Boost solenoids. --- havnt been able to test that theory yet tho
