Tuner Pro .adx and xdf files

I'm looking to make a couple of small changes to my Torque ceiling values, where's everyone getting their adx and xdf files for their n54 335i? to use with tuner pro?

I'm on the I8AOS ecu build
6MT gearbox
using MHD to flash.

Ah good, that's where I'd downloaded them, was just checking they're still relevant. Do I need xdf file too?

Xdf is basically a definitions file. It tells you what you're changing.
