Question about passing emissions with DP Fix
I have the BMS dp fix installed on my car with catless downpipes. I've driven around 40 miles and the cel disappeared and I was wondering if that's enough to pass emissions (obd test). I took off my Cobb tune so it's on the stock tune, however when I scanned my car for codes with the Cobb, I still get an error code for p29f4 and p29f5 which are the codes I failed for previously. Should I drive around some more or put my Cobb tune back but to map 0?

Read through my thread, I went through this issue (w/o a dp fix) a few months ago. Jeff@TGS posted how to reset the drive cycle and it worked awesome for me! Too bad with Cobb it doesnt show the 'ready' states like MHD but still do that drive cycle then check out your codes again.

Sweet!..So just flash map 0, and follow the drive cycle reset procedure? I'm also allowed 1 "not ready"

Flashing back to stock without a dp fix will prob cause a CEL = instant fail. |

btw I though map 0 on mhd isn't stock, and still supresses catless dp codes. regardless, the procedure should still remain the same.

To answer, yes...I flashed to stage 0 which still suppressed the CEL for the dp's, but the drive cycle then reset the catalysts to show complete...the o2 sensors were the ones showing 'not ready' for me

MHD Stage 0 map is stock and does not suppress any cells.
