Half Engine Light after changing valve cover gasket
I replaced my valve cover gasket last week and have driven my car about 60 miles since then. This morning on the way to work I was accelerating and the half engine light came on so I pulled over into a parking lot and the code was ccid-29. After turning the car off and on it went away. I've been looking for what it might be and people are saying the HPFP, vacuum hosed, coils etc. The answers are all over the place. I have a bluetooth code reader that I'm going to use on my lunch break but I figured I'd ask here and see what you all think.

All sorts of oddball unrelated error codes have been known to occur, as well as lighting up the dashboard with warning lights...all due to weak aged batteries in dire need of replacement. A 2009 with original factory battery falls well into that possibility 7 years into its life!

I fixed the engine light and low boost. I had a vacuum tube unplugged so I plugged that in and I haven't got any errors. I'll keep checking to see if any others pop though.
Good suggestion on the battery, I'll get it checked |
