Maintenance/Servicing Costs F80 M3 CP

Folks I need to know the maintenance costs for F80M3. I plan to do a couple of track days per year and a few club drive days. Kilometres per annum should be about 15k.
I suspect I may need my brakes - discs/pads/sensors replaced once a year plus standard servicing/ maintenance.
1 - anybody able to advise their service/maintenance costs in 1st and 2nd year?
2 - Is it worthwhile to go on the prepaid maintenance program offered through BMW?

The BSI you can normally negotiate into the car package, but I think that maintenance should be minimal 1/2/3. I am comparing though with my outgoing M135, serviced once per year as required, haven't needed to replace brakes yet at 37,000kms (but I haven't tracked the car). Services total for 3 years were about $1600 + set of tyres ($1300).

Normally the service plans though don't cover consumables? Our Touareg went through 3 sets of brakes in 75,000kms though (will never buy a VW again; car was a nightmare for maintenance & warranty issues)
