Oil residue on front turbo?

I pulled out my turbos and found little oil residue in the front turbo turbine and a little oil residue around the turbo clamp connecting the exhaust manifold to the front turbo. My car is FBO and on stock PCV and is leaking a little oil from the valve cover/gasket which I need to look into. Car isn't smoking as well. So I'm wondering if the little oil residue on the front turbo is normal or not?
