Post-shift fuel trim flatline... da helllll

what could be causing bank 2 fuel trim to flatline to 0 immediately post shift, and remain there at wot?

very unsettling, as a/f on that bank leans out noticeably. is the car falling out of closed loop fueling?

My first WAG would be the O2 sensor on that bank. Swap your O2s and see if the problem follows the O2.
