How much longer?

With the early e90s being over 10 years old at this point, and the LCI models approaching seven how much longer do you see yourself keeping your e90?

Will you continue to upgrade the parts that are degrading with time or will you just walk away from it?

I love my car and plan to keep giving it gifts for at least the next few years

I still have a car I bought in '87 and a truck I bought in '99, so I will keep my '07 I bought last Sept for at least 10 more years.

I am the second owner of my 07, had it about 6 years now. Have played around with the idea of selling it, but the market is so bad that when I bought my new truck I just kept it. I keep dumping money into it, don't see an end anytime soon.

I've thought about selling mine but honestly I just love the car. The sport F30s just feel cheap and handle terribly in my opinion, why spend a bunch of money on something I enjoy less than my current car? Now a Jaguar F Type or XE might get me to do something in a couple of years.

I have no plans of getting rid of it

I am planning on getting a 997 911 carrera S in the next 18mos but the 335 is here to stay

I will have 3 awesome cars for still less than a f80 M3 and i only have 67k on the car

meh I just bought an E90 330i.

did a full refresh on the use items and I'm loving it to death.

I guess if I didn't care about having a stick I might have considered something else but I consider this one of the pinnacle of BMW's NA straight 6 cars.

My E90 is a keeper for a long time. Love the way it drives, and still looks new. Not a fan of the F series for several reasons.

Until it blows up or kills me - or both! I love this car and I don't see myself ever getting rid of it until she's too far gone (totaled, etc).

Will it be my ONLY car for forever? No, it's not now - but it sure is the most fun.

A few years probably. The reviews on the new BMW sedans haven't been great aside from the f80. If they're only selling one decent sedan there isn't much to choose from on upgrade. Maybe the 340i is worth buying? I haven't driven one yet.

Let's see.... already at 10 years and 1 month and 8 days and 305,000 miles. Maybe a little longer.

This will be my last bmw and plan to drive it into the ground. Looks better than all the cars on the road modded, still faster and have you seen the F body?

My car is a 2012, it's not that old. I'll drive it till I wreck it.

Will be keeping for the foreseeable future. I don't trust myself with any more power then I have right now (FBO e85). That and I will never give up my manual for an auto!!!

I am around 86000 miles on my 2007 e90 328i sedan. I got it at around 30000 miles and have since turned it into a second car. With the amount of mods I have done(all DIY), I have become quite attached to this thing!!! lol.

You know when you see those absolutely mint e30's and e36's running around and you think "man, I would love and old mint BMW sedan!"?

Well, that is going to be me! It might not be an investment like a special edition 'Vette or Mustang, but this thing is pretty damn special to me!

I think I read somewhere that for the first time in decades the latest 3 series did not make the Car & Driver 10 best list.

I want mine to last a lifetime, thinking 250-350k miles. After that maybe replace everything with money I saved up so it can be one of those 20-30-40 year old cars that still look brand new and drive just as well. Some people would rather buy a new car though, & I can understand that. Depends how much you love the car.. I f...ing love my N54 335i TT...

I bought mine this year so it's not going anywhere. I have no concerns about its age-- I picked this car in particular after extensive research telling me about the reliability of the N52 and the lovely performance of the E90 330i trim specifically. It has four doors, drives like a sports car, and will run like a champ for years to come (provided I keep up with maintenance).

TL;DR I'm not selling it any time soon. I would have to total it or suffer some catastrophic engine failure for me to consider another car in the foreseeable future

I"ll keep mine till it gets around 200k.

Every 100k or so you have to dump $3000.00 plus into an e90 if you want it to keep running at tip top condition.

Exactly my thoughts as well.

I just bought my 330i, and will keep it indefinitely.
