Any BMW's that you DON'T like?

I went off and on w/ the 6 for a time, but now I've drawn my final conclusion. I HATE IT. Has to be one of thee most aestheically challenged cars out right now, and probably in history once this generation is consigned to automotive history books. From the awkward trunk and the way it meshes together w/ the rest of the body to the awkward and chunky headlamps that were thrown on to a bulldog face. Disgusting, and I really hope they get it right on the next generation car. Speaking of the "next generation" I've read several articles where it's been said that Chris Bangle and his team are set to "tone down" the next generation of Bimmers starting w/ the new 7 series(09').

Garage List
2015 F36 428i  [0.00]
2011 E90 328i  [0.00]
2006 E85 Z4 3.0i  [0.00]
I had the same sentiments on the Z4 when it first came out. I went on and on about the Bangled-design but suprisingly nowadays I find the car very attractive. I guess its just how they work...it takes time to digest. I would say the same about the e60 and the e65/66 with their rather awkward design details (for e.g. yuck! eyebrows on a car) but now I find them very classy looking and aspire to them.

Imho, the 6 series looks decent but for some people you need to see it in the right color and light, stance and wheels.

Funny enough, I do find the facelifted 7er to be attractive, but I like the pre facelift model better, strange enough.

It was a joke. lol

But, I'd say that the tail lights and cut grill in the front bother me the most. I really don't care much now though, compared to when it first debuted.

originally the tailamps were suppose to be upside down, until the facelifted A4 came out... scew the A4, that would have looked tight.

I'm not a huge fan of the SAV's, and really I don't think I'd ever buy a 5 or 6

Yeh, I love the M5 but they could honestly keep the rest of the 5 series range, and I'd die before I ever bought a 6er. Yuk. The only BMW's I'd ever buy are as follows: 1,3,Z,X5, & 7(when I'm gray).

I agree with the tail lights.. thats why I love my blacklines
Makes the back end more aggressive IMO

I don't really like the styling of the 5 series but I don't hate it.

before the 3 was on the road in decent numbers every new 5 I saw made me think it was the new E90 (for a second)

The 5 and 3 are closely related (but the 5 is way more $$$)

While I do like the E60 M5, the overall design(along w/ all other five variants) looks very forced....

Looks that way, the design will age terribly.
