Memory seat issue

not sure if i am the only one having this issue.

I don't think my memory seat is working???

1. I read the manual carefully on how to store the seating/mirror position

2. there are multiple ways to recall your seat/position

3. My seat doesn't move at all, no matter what type of method i try recalling the memory seat.

the seat memory is STORED correctly as per instruction. Press SET, until light up, and press 1 or 2, until SET light is off.

anyone having the same issue?

Hmm after SET its just a tap of 1or2. Do you hear the confirmation tone when storing in memory? If not, it's not storing.

Once stored, you have to hold the button 1 or 2 down until fully executed.
I assume you press it once quickly?

Make sure you have the "Profile" set on the iDrive. And, once everything is correct sit in the car and hit the lock and then the unlock button on the key fob. The below video will walk you through it.

Try this:
Put your seat in a totally different position and store it under 2.
Then hold down button 1 and see if the seat moves.
