What kind of spoiler is this (E92 335i)?

What kind of spoiler is this and is it removable without leaving holes?
I saw the car's for sale, but it needs a little bit of work & I've never seen this spoiler before.

I thought it was too, but it doesn't have the center point and the "wing" part jiggles pretty bad.

Hmm.. I have not seen that specific one before. Almost seems like a modified aero.

Some of the vendors in the classified section sell that spoiler. It's not my cup of tea, but check out it out there. You'll have to do some searching.
