Limp mode after e85 jb4 on map 5

Hello everyone yesterday I put about 3 gallons in my tank of e85 and topped the rest off with 93. car was running decent in map 5 and pulled hard when I would step on it but I felt like the turbos weren't spooling nearly as fast as they were before the mix. then today on my way to work I stopped on it and got an engine malfunction light and put it in limp mode (reduced power). I scanned for codes and got 2- accelerator pedal module and Possible boost leak. any input on how to solve this would be amazing and where should I look for boost leaks(my father is my mechanic very knowledgeable when it comes to building cars but never dealt with turbos) so any input for where he should look would be great.
-Got out of work today, didn't beat on the car and the light didn't come on. Definitely feels like it's still in limp mode No pull whatsoever on light throttle in low gears and and hear the turbos spool at all like I use too. waiting to burn off the fuel and put straight 93 back in and see if that does the trick

All info needed on 30FF code can be found here --> http://www.n54tech.com/forums/showthread.php?p=469463

First start with a vacuum leak and then if its not that, you can dig deeper

Post a log with a csv only real way to really know what is going on. The other site will probably be able to give a exact idea on the problem. The three gallons of e85 to a tank isn't enough to stress your fuel system unless one of your pumps is already on its way out.
