Carly fault codes?!

Morning all

Need help breaking down fault codes on the carly app
Done a diagnostic check on my car to find a had quite a few codes popping up
I've tried to research the codes with the 00 and taking them away ect and still can't figure out why I can't find anything on the net I've been on end tuning website and tried to calculate the decimal hexadecimal ect but I'm startled lol ..
So can anyone propose a site or an easy way of finding solutions to codes ?

does it not tell you on the carly site what the codes mean or send the report to carly via the app and they tell you what they mean
