Driver Side Seatbelt Scraping Against Plastic...
So my driver side seatbelt has scraped along the plastic piece where it rests above when not being used. This scrape is similar to a shoe scuff mark on the door plastic
Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you remove the scrape ? |

Here is a pic, I know not that big of a deal, but I want to get rid of it if I can...
I am assuming its a scratch from the seatbelt metal on the plastic (hit plastic too hard one day when I took off seatbelt when it flung back) Will a magic eraser help or no ? |

Scuffs yes, scratches doubtful. Only one way to find out. Even if it doesn't work you'll have one for home use at least.

Pretty much. Just get it damp, squeeze out excess water and rub.

is your seat belt twisted?
the Male end should be facing the inside - towards the seat.. usually u have the other half of the seat belt to help from this happening.. not always but for the most part |

One suggestion instead of packing tape is to use some satin finish screen film protector typically used on phones/tablets. I found the satin/matte finish blends in a bit better on surfaces that are not glossy.
