Spark plugs maybe?

Its the n55 motor and this morning the rpm dropped so low that the engine basically stalled.
Now its just going to ~ 500 and causes a little bit of vibration then goes back up.
Would this just be the sparkplugs?
If anyones experienced similar issue let me know!

Any codes?

Vanos solenoids are a possibility.

Plugs are definitely on the short list for this issue.

Was any service done to the car recently?

HPFP probably. Read codes for more accurate information.

No service lights , no other than clutch being replaced about a month ago

Its came out of factory december 2012

Check for vacuum leaks.

Early 2011's still suffered from HPFP issues until I believe 2/2011 or so. After that, it was less likely to be an issue.

That said, how many miles are you sporting?

Any other service history to share? Was the Vanos recall completed on your car?

Its got 56k miles and im not exactly sure on whether the vanos recalls been completed, ive had this car for only about 2 months now

And also car runs great , today was the first time its ever done something like this. For the times ive turned it on today it hasnt done that yet so maybe its not too big of a deal. Just odd the engine completely turned off
