E93 N53 Exhaust mods?? Need ground clearance

I am struggling with the H&R's drop with the exhaust hitting literally everything, I swear it scraped driving over a snail the other day.

Has anyone else had a problem?
Is there any after market exhausts that sit differently?

Would removing the second cat help? I like the idea of this as it would give a bit more bass without sounding like a nova with a dustbin on the back

Also with regards to the sound does anyone have any reccomendations? I have done the "golf tee mod" but this only helps up to around 3k, I wana hear a bit more when I'm "playing"

I'm on Ohlins with a PE back box. Great sound and never had an issue with anything catching below (other than the very front spoiler).

I'm having issues in the center of the car not the rear, it's a real pest, I may get it up on a ramp to see what can be moved

I've just got a 330i e93 and will be getting a performance exhaust - that's meant to be the best one available. I'll be putting Eibach's on mine though, I found H&Rs to aggressive for everyday driving

I found the h&r springs with non rft' to be a million times more comfortable than the standard m sport set up with rft

In that case I reckon there's something wrong with the way your exhaust is hanging. Maybe one of the supports has broken..?
