I had this spoiler on my old Bmw F30 for about 15 months. Lease was up so I took it off. It is not an OEM part from the Bmw factory, It's an aftermarket one that is very legit. It perfectly lines up and fits the trunk the same way an OEM one would look. People could never tell that it was aftermarket. Please message me if your interested and i'll send pictures. Price is very reasonable and set.
