Liquid Car Wrap -- cheap, quick, lasts -- thoughts?

Whats up guys! Happy start to the long weekend!!

Wanted to start a discussion on liquid wrap..

http://liquidautowrap.com/
http://addiption.com/faq/

I googled around and looked at several sites..the 2 above pretty much share everyone else's view points..

..from what I gathered..cheap, quick, last longer then wraps/ceramics..has anyone else done this, thought about it, or looked into it?

Seems pretty sweet to get a new color ever couple of years, prices look to be around 500-1k

Plasti dip for your car....should be better with Matte colors, wonder about gloss finish. I'd assume you can get testimony from customers via the vendors. The idea is sound in principle. You'll need a quiet place to spray.

Looking at the addiption site. The gloss looks decent, though pricey. It'd be neat to do a GT4 ish finish on an M2. $700 if you're in FL isn't a bad deal.

If I was going on a long drive or tracking the car I'd do this for the ease of protection. Assuming I hadn't already PPF the car.

Particularly if you can use clear. I was thinking color swap, but clear sounds like a decent light paint protection that peels off after 3-5 years with no residue.

Not my thing, I have seen cars done in these products, I prefer when they are just wrapped or left alone. Left alone is best for me
