Any interest in heading to NE Dragway?

I was thinking of heading up to NE Dragway for Street Night on Friday May 27th and taking my M235i.

It's been a while since since I've been up there but it is always a good time. It's only $25.00 but you will need a helmet for anything running 13.99 or better.

Race time is from 5pm-10pm. We could meet somewhere in RI and head up - anyone in MA/NH is welcome we could meet you on the way.

Anybody up for it?

I may be down if it doesn't rain I was gonna go last Friday but couldn't find anyone to cruise up with

Looks like NE Dragway is closed for repairs tomorrow. Son of a b*tch. I was really looking forward to going.

Ya, I made the mistake of driving all the way up there with a buddy to a sign that read "no racing tonight" lol

I learned how to do launch control on the road in front of the dragway though haha haven't done it before

That sucks! I was dying to head up there. I'll try again in a couple of weeks. It would be nice to get a few people to go.

I still haven't tried launch control. Need to find a wide open stretch.

I think it was just closed for that Friday. Street Night is usually Wednesday and Friday. Next time I will be able to head is early July.
