Yes will fit an m235i
18 x 7.5 I believe. The 7.5 I'm not 100% about
Not staggered.
Pirelli p7 run flats with about 15k kms on them
All tires are 225 40 18
Tpms included

Depends where in upstate New York. More east upstate would be better, I'm about an hour east of Toronto on Lake Ontario.
