Summer hoildays

The Mrs is beginning to ask why we've not booked a summer holiday yet. Haven't a clue where to go.
Who has booked a holiday and where? Wife and 2 kids (unfortunately our 17 yr old eldest wants to come too)

Any suggestions?

We're driving from Belfast down to central France (via ferry Ireland to France) for a couple of weeks then across to the Alps for week and back home, should give the car a good run

Are you planning to drive or fly somewhere?

Cala Bona, nice little resort in Majorca. Nice and easy with a 12 month old and 5 year old.

Wouldn't take a 17 year old there though.

I have sorted this years summer holiday.

Booked wife on a holiday.

Booked mates in to Casa Brigante.

Having a casino weekend.

Some MTB in Cannock.

Some shooting.

Shit loads of booze n BBQ.

Holidays are great

We are actually looking at an Ireland trip, friends are off there this week.

Got a lodge booked down in Lincolnshire for 2 weeks for the fourth year running as now meet up with family's we have made friends with .
Take the jet skis and do some local sightseeing , me the wife and the twins .

Also do few lads camping/jet sking weekends north of scotland and maybe west coast , ski all day and beer/BQ at night

Yep, booked to go to the States.
Fly into Detriot, Michigan collect car, drive to Indianapolis Indiana, a trip to the raceway.
Then on to Louisville Kentucky for the Bourbon. From there to Bowling Green Kentucky, wee trip around the Chevrolet Corvette factory and on to Lexington Kentucky for the horses and then back to Detriot via Cincinnati Ohio. All in three weeks. Then home for a rest!

nice, quiet, great tapas restaurants all along that walk down to the busy resort. Perfect for your age of kids.

No holiday for me this year as renovating old house :-(

Santorini. Every year, sometimes twice a year for the last ten years. Truly incredible island.

Also do Marbella here and there as an interim break between holidays and work travel.
