How to install tag light LEDs on 328I

I ordered these LEDs off eBay for my 08 328I. I popped the tag light out and the plastic piece off. I see no way to put these LEDs in. I'm wondering if these aren't for a 3 series. I messaged the seller and he says they will fit a 3 series BMW. Picture if the LEDs are below. Anybody got a idea of how to install them?

These replace the bulbs in the factory housing. The bulb is easily removed - it should be fairly obvious. If not, post some pictures of your OEM light housings.

2008 should already have LED license plate lights stock.

Ahh... I have an 07. That would explain why he can't install those LED bulbs - he doesn't have a bulb socket.
