shes done nothing wrong IMO. at worst she'll be doing 5mph when moving??

you would never catch a BMW driver doing that though, far too sensible.

It does seem that people take driving very much as a 'multi-task' time these days.

I guess where cars do so much for you now, people find themselves thinking its ok to do other things.

Appreciate that she was stationary, but surely when you're in your car your attention should be on your vehicle and what's going on around it, and not your laptop. Had a cop pulled up and seen that, I'm guessing she could have got a ticket for 'without due care' or at the very least a stern talking to.

Are you being serious?

If so are you happy your wife, partner, boyfriend, kids walking in front of her car at the lights, junction etc or being in the car in front that brakes while she is doing 5 mph?

Hopefully the police look at her email, browsing and Windows logs just prior to the lights going Red.

If you seriously can't see something wrong with looking at a laptop at 4/5 mph, then I do wonder how you actually hold a licence.

On a side note, it's actually amazing a cyclist was stopped at a red light, I had assumed all cyclist were colour blind muppets.
