So... I get a call today to advise that the 19" BBS wheels I had on order for months, and cancelled, are now available. Nice looking wheels and the perfect offset for the 2er.

But, VMR offer a very similar wheel in the 710's which I understand aren't the perfect offset but work.

The BBS wheels are literally twice the price of the VMR's.

Hmmmmmm.... Decisions, decisions

Any advice from fellow forum members ?

I can't really speak on the subject since I don't have either. However, I do like the BBS more. You can't go wrong with BBS, they're known for making high quality wheels. If it's a matter of saving money though, just go with the VMR they're very similar. They also both weight 24 lbs if I'm not mistaken.
