BMW Ultimate Drive...(56K death!)
Went and did the ultimate drive friday, it was so much fun. I want to do it again. Some picks of the cars. It was a shame that I could not drive the E92 M3 you have to be at least 30. There was some cool old guy there in his late 70's prob telling me how he preorded a new M3, I was really suprised then I asked him what kind of car he had and he pointed to a modded E46 M3.
I have a E46 330Ci and after driving the 335I I think it's about time to retire the E46. It seemed the 335I was a litter less power than I was hoping but im sure a manual and a piggayback would fix that or it could be how linear the power is making if feel slower than it is. But I was sliding around some turns in the 335I and 550I it was a ton of fun. And messing around around with a STI in the 335I First car, myself in a Z4 3.0Si Second a 335I coupe, I really liked it. Might have one soon 550I, the engine sounds good and has quite a bit of toque it was faster than though it would be. It's Hud DSC off z4 coupe, handles really well. Gotta be careful in the coupe it has some crazy blind spots. The E92 m3 sounded really good. |

30??!?!? i was finally happy to hit 25 (their previous age requirement) when they increase it to 30? son of a bitch!
i did this about 2.5 years ago when there was no age restriction in place. but there were no M3s either. i did get to drive a 750iL though, which i guess i couldn't anymore (i'm 25).

They just changed it to from 25 to 30 recently, like 2 or 3 weeks ago. There where a few guys there that where around 25 and 27 that wanted to drive the M3 and came just to drive and could not. There where not happy. I could not drive any of the 6er's or the 7 or m3. Sucked, the M3 was there just taunting me.

It was not in Jersey it as in Florida, I guess the fleet of cars is from New Jersey. But they go all over the US.
