Rea View Mirror

So at one point in time I had my windshield replaced and the guy broke some clip on the mounting section of my rear view mirror. I don't feel like paying 500+ on a new mirror so has anyone came across this problem and fixed it?

What mounting clip are you referring to? iirc the mirror and sensor assembly are epoxied to the glass (I know this because my mirror fell off my windshield during a hot track day.) The only mounting clips I can think of are for the plastic surround. Do you have any pics?

It's on the rear view mirror itself. On the back. It's the tabs that slip over the ball so the mirror can move around.

Hey gabylongfive, just curious as to how you got your rearview attached again. Just glue it back? What glue did you use? Have any tips? Mine fell off due to the heat Saturday. :/
