clutch bite point random change

So my clutch has been bitting really high lately and i know that can be bad thing but its not slipping. However this mooring I started driving in first and when I shifted to Second I jerked very hard because all of a sudden its catching much lower then it was when i drove the car the night before. However the funny thing is that i like it like this better, the shifts are smoother with the lower bite point so I don't know if this is a bad thing because i like how it feels much better now.
So my question is what can cause the clutch feel the change randomly over night with out driving it?Thanks!

My guesses: air in the clutch line, leak in the clutch line, leak in master cylinder, leak in the slave cylinder.

The factory clutch on these cars are self adjusting, meaning as clutch material wears, it auto adjusts the clutch engagement point. Similar to how rear emergency (drum) breaks self adjust.

When I had accidentally drained all fluid from clutch line once, after filling and bleeding initially I had low engaging clutch then it cleared itself. Hence my guess for air in the line. If so what caused it to get there? That could be leaking cylinders.

Just some guesses.

That's a really good guess. It's most likely the OP's issue. I used to own a 370z for 4 years and it went into the dealer twice for this very issue and the slave cylinder was leaking each time as the diagnosis.
