high rpm reduced power...getting annoying !
hey guys everytime i go above 5k rpm in 3rd gear or higher i get a half engine and its like i hit a brick wall and i cant go above 4k rpm ( safe mode ) i scanned the codes and they were five codes about air flow . air pressure etc... so its air leak the tech at bmw said. but it could be very costly to verify parts cause it could be maf sensor, turbo sensor etc.... he suggested i change my vaccum hose cause it seems torned up a little. plugs and coil pack are brand new so has someone experienced something similar before ???

Can you post the codes? It would help to see the actual fault. We don't have MAF's, so it can't be that.
