Camshaft A and B restarted n54 335i 2008 build

With jb4 installed and map2 I've had codes:
P0012 cam shaft A over retarded bank 1
P0015 cam shaft B over retarded bank 1

Any help much appreciated

75k miles on the clock no chain rattle or anything obvious can it be sensors?

That sounds like a problem with the Vanos solenoids. I'd start by giving them a clean and clearing the code and seeing if it returns
