F87 turbo Borgwarner B03

I've seen some conflicting post regarding this question. I've seen a few spec charts listing the use of the ex- (KKK) Borgwarner B03. This is the same unit used in a large number of N55's and basically the same as the x45amg cars.

Can anyone confirm or argue against this as of yet?
I know the newer N55's list off as the same unit but implement a larger cold side wheel.

Pretty sure it's been solidified that the F-series uses the same B03 as in the E-series. However, the outlet is 4" instead of 3". This allows for greater flow up top (20-30whp) and a bit less torque down low.

F-series N55 is hitting the 375whp mark with the same mods it takes an E-series to hit 340whp.

Thanks for putting this to rest for me. I've heard all of those things here and there but all In passing different forums.

The E series need pure stg 1 to match the F series output.
