Find an Indy so you will Atleast get 1/3 of that price down.Do not go to the stealership by any means unless to get your own parts. Grade A Indys save you , your car,& your wallet.

So not sure what you mean by a "loose pulley", but it is a separate part and can be replaced with out replacing the pump. The part is about $45.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

you can replace just the pulley. I had to replace mine after it was cracked due to contact with subframe.
