OEM 335 exhaust to OEM M3 performance exhaust

I've looked for a while about this I've found posts close to it but not quite what I'm looking for. Im looking to swap my stock my stock e90 335 exhaust for a m3 performance exhaust. I know some shops are tight on warranty when it comes to mods but, would it void the warranty even if it was switched to a different OEM exhaust?

This link might help as far as switching to an M3 exhaust.

As far as warranty, I’m pretty sure any warranty is void once you switch to non-OEM, someone correct me if I’m wrong. However, if the swap is done properly, I don’t think you will have to deal with any issues. Just pure enjoyment of a nicer meaner sound.

I was thinking the same thing except i feel some places would still try to attempt to void it just to get out of paying. the switch seems pretty easy i just don't want to bring it in for a turbo blowing and have to pay for it because they say its the exhaust lol
