Air Filter Service Light unable to reset via steering wheel stalk

For some reason I can't reset that service light...

It is an orange/yellow error with a fan and a picture of filter.

On the steering wheel stalk it resets with the time clock working display, but it stays orange/yellow and stays on. I've also tried it with the trip odometer reset holding method and same thing.

Any other way to get this light reset?

Thanks!!!

That's the micro cabin...if you have a bt cable ( assume u do not) you could do it...not sure if there are conditions where it cannot be set by stalk, like if 80% left or something...

You can do it by the stalk.....need to put key in ignition then push start twice without touching brake then once all warning lights go through test sequence then push and hold the push button on cluster face until you see the reset menu then you can toggle with BT stalk then push button to reset desired menu item.

Yes it allows me to do it and it cycles the reset, but the error stays on. It doesn't go away...
