These work for LCI? Also brake lights? Would it be best to get them in red or 6000k white.

The site should have search specific but it does work for my pre-lci, I had it coded to remove the bulbs flickering at start up but does not throw a code.

I'll try taking a picture later on of how bright they are. Stick with red to what's red and keep the reverse bulbs white.

OK, I was wondering because I believe the original brake lights are/were clear/white, last time I replaced them.

1156 is pre-LCI E90. LCI E90 uses 921 bulbs like the E92.

No codes. All interior and exterior lights (other than head/fog) have been changed to LED without anything tripping. Went better than expected.

PHILIPS Vision 1156 for Brake and PHILIPS vision 921 LED for reverse. They are amazing. You do need to code out cold and warm bulb check or else you will get constant bulb malfunction warnings.
