Finally done it

So after god knows how long looking at what has seemed like every combination I've finally done it !
Paid a deposit on a 335D, not too long a wait as its AUC , pick up next weekend.
5 hrs away so bit of a drive.

In the end really quick, up early browsing the site this morning - phoned up, video appeared about lunchtime, deal done by close of play.

Few mods planned...
ACS springs via Lorcan
Black exhaust tips- where is best place and how much ??

Pics next Sunday when car is back home and detailed.

Already have the stuff from current 330 (M performance mats, boot mat and I can finally fit the silver indicator bulbs I bought 12 months ago

)

Got some spare 442 alloys I bought last year - so thinking what I can do with those to make them different ?

So it's all back on again, different 335 though, deposit placed and pick up,this weekend. Got them fitting the sills and decals for collection too.

Nice one, had you seen the car in the flesh?

Just don't make the same mistake I did. I hadn't seen my previous 420d and drove 4 hours to pick it up relying upon the sales guys word of the condition.

Now I am a picky bastard, but if I ask someone has it got any dents, chips, etc and they say no I expect it to be clean. I know it wasn't new but even so.

Anyway after driving down I went and found the car before even speaking to the staff as I wanted time to look over it myself. I was not happy and nearly walked off without a word. Wife told me not to buy it but they said they would correct anything wrong, which turn into another story.

I felt pressured into buying it as my previous car had gone the day before and I needed a car.

Will never buy a car again (AUC) without seeing it with my own eyes.

I'm sure it will be fine, all i'm saying is that don't buy it if you are not happy on the day!

No your right, will be going over it in detail before driving away, car is pre reg, so should be like new.

Have had it in past where I've drove a long way only to come back without using one
