New M235i, first clean.

Dealer did a good job with their prep, couldn't see any marks on the paint what so ever, so just cracked on with a wash, seal and wax.

Used Wolfs chemicals nano sealant for protection with a layer of Collinite 915 for gloss.

350 more miles until I can rev it out full throttle, cant wait.

Next month I'll be picking up the M performance exhaust too, stock is just a little too quiet IMO

nice one. How many miles do you need to cover before your can use the full rev range?

I'm coming from a 330d so I think the stock noise will be just fine for me!

Cant wait to get there. Still have 500+ to go I have run it a couple times above 4500, but pretty conservative at this point. I'm trying to find a mpe to hear in person. Its on the growing rapidly list of mods lol... Car looks great.

Thanks man

So long as you don't repeatedly smash it off the rev limiter, there really isn't much harm that can come.

M Performance exhaust is on!

With the window down there is a significant increase in aggression, with the windows up its hard to tell in sport and impossible in comfort.

This is perfect IMO, exactly what I was hoping for.

Booked a place on the BMW experience day at Oulton park in May.

Looking forward to driving some of the full fat M cars and understanding how these machines behave at high speed on a circuit.

Nice finish. Where did you buy the products from? How much are they?

Hi mwhalley

I'm pretty sure I got the products off ebay / cleanyourcar.com is a good option also.

I'm not an obsessive detailer or anything, spent half a day on the car tops. Weekly / fortnightly wash with a mild shampoo and a 5-6 month top up of wax keeps the car looking better than most things on the road.
