Side skirt extensions installed
Hey all,
Slowly but surely I'm modding the car. Today I installed the side skirt extension blades: (ps the car needs a wash )

Yea as they are oem it was a perfect fit. They come with 3M tape already attached to the extension, you also have 15 plastic rivets on each side. I did not use any extra adhesive as it does not require it. U need to drill 15 holes (6mm drill bit) on each side on the existing side skirt, then use the rivets to keep the extension attached. I also added 3 screws on to each side just to be safe lol

Nice job!
I didn't think I was going to like those, but I do!! Anyway, you are improving the look of your car, but still have the awful Xdrive badge attached! What is the thinking behind this? |

they look really good you're persuading me to part with the extortionate sum of money they're asking for two bits of plastic. I think it needs them to match the front lip

They look good. I'm surprised there are no eBay replicas for the side blades because they seem very expensive for what they are, I would imagine they would be the easiest part of the M-Perfromance body kit to replicate with no fitment problems. Loads of front and rear splitters available but no side extensions apart from some carbon ones.
