BMW Car Insurance
Today I got round to sorting the retention of my number plate off my rejected M135i as the finance has now been cleared by BMW UK. I then thought about what to do with my insurance so I called BMW UK Insurance who I'm insured with and explained the situation with my car being rejected and me having a BMW UK car to use till my new one arrives in May. They said they would cancel the policy and issue a refund. As I pay monthly I said that I would not be entitled to a refund. They asked when I took the car to the garage for the fault, 21st January 2016 I said. They then said that they would refund any monies paid between then and now so I ended up with 3 months money back BMW insurance weren't the cheapest but only about 10% more than the cheapest quote and based on the customer service I would highly recommend them. Had a similarly good experience with my tyre insurance form car2cover who have froze my policy since January 2016 whilst I wait for my new car.

I use them, and have done for a while. Not cheap, but flipping good service.
