Pro nav retrofit
Just a quick one really but I have a Sep 2014 car with business nav and was wondering how hard it would be to buy a pro nav unit off of eBay (£500ish) and install it plus coding I guess?

Don't you need full black panel display too with pro nav. That means changing the instrument display also.
I read about it before and it's expensive |

I don't think you'll get an NBT system for £500 they're at least £600. CIC pro media has the separate combox in the boot so requires a lot of wiring
Other problem if you retrofit is if the car currently has DAB you'll lose it |

Ah ok didn't know if it was a simple plug and play system. Yeah probably going to be an expensive retrofit then so I'll stick with what iv got. Thanks for the responses

The upgrade will also be really bad value as the main benefits of pro nav (OTA map updates, traffic updates) over business nav will be chargeable separately anyway. |
