Nice little clip. Sounds like ignition cut.

Sounds wonderful, love that you can hear the spool with stock downpipe. Excellent video, even MG looks good in that lighting, there. I HATED the way the N54 sounded, but this N55 changed everything.

The M-Perf exhaust on these cars is going to be badass.

Crazy what a single turbo can do.

I agree. Singles always sound better than twins. Coming from the n54 I cannot wait to not deal with twins. More expensive, more problems.

Owned an N54 335i, it was tuned with Procede V5, AR catless DP, and a 3.5" straight pipe exhaust. The wastegate rattle was horrid.

Also sounded like a broken vacuum. I appreciate BMW for breaking modern 6 cylinder forced induction ground with that motor, but it was definitely a problem child.

N54 in my 335is was bulletproof. Sounded better than my N55 now even after 50k miles and barely 12k on the new motor.

It's just a modified N54 335i, but I love the is. Wish I had one in Mineral White.

Nice I had one as well! I had AA downpipes with my stock mufflers. It sounded great..very similar to the M2 but less throaty.

Sparking Graphite Metallic
FBO + MHD Flasher e40 tune
~400whp 450tq
Airlift
CSL trunk

Miss this car :/

Timeless design. And an awesome sound for a stock turbo BMW.
