1# How i can Tune my headlights like this

That's a custom add-on when they build the lights
You can probably pick additional colors as well

Maybe you're not seeing the cup holders? I could see if you didn't realize they were there missing them at first...

You have to swap out the dash for one with the cupholders.

All E9x sold in North America came with cupholders, so your car's dash was replaced at some point. Either for a modification (like iDrive retrofit) or the passenger airbag was deployed and they somehow got a used Euro dash without cupholders.

They're small rectangles on the passenger side dash all us spec have them. Unless yours was originally bought by a European then shipped here you have them. If they're broken you can install them. My guess is you have them but don't know it. They retract flush with the dash and pop out spring loaded.

No he definitely doesn't have them. Check out the picture in the second post. It looks weird not having cupholders there.

Someone must have either replaced the panel with eurospec or its an imported eurospec car.

Yikes man, you got screwed! Base stereo which is bad enough, but on top of that you have no cup holders. Like others have said, there is a possibility that this may either be an imported car, or it was in an accident and they replaced the dashboard. Those are the only two reasons I can think of. Check bav auto for some alternative cup holder solutions.
