Help! SES Light in Idle mode

please help! i have a 335i auto. the service engine soon light comes on everytime i push start button without actually starting the car. but as soon as i start the engine the light disappears. brought it in to the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong with it (that was a week ago) it still continues to happen. and now when i start the car it takes a while to start the engine. anyone knows what could be the issue? thanks in advance.

Have you ever driven a car before? Unless I'm completely mis-understanding what you're saying, that's what all cars do. What's the problem?
