Lane Assist active
I have the same on my summer setup 20" 405M rims. On the balancing machine they are fine and you don't see any wrong movement of the tire. But at around 120km/h there is a slight vibration in the car. (But not on the winter tire setup) I'll put new summer non-runflat tires on in a few weeks and see if it's gone. Years back we used to balance the front wheels while installed on the car with a special machine. Some of the old BMW 3-Series where very difficult to get rid of steering wheel vibration. Don't even know if they still do that... Sometimes it's a try and error principle: trying other cars wheels, trying different tire pressure, press the tire of the rim then turn a bit and see if vibration has gone... can be a long process.

Definitely look into balancing again. I had the same issue with vibration at speeds over 120km/h when I first got my winters and took them back for another balancing and it solved the problem.

I would guess the wheels are just a bit out of round. There are other possibilities, but my BMWs have always been very sensitive to the quality and condition of the wheels. I have even had factory wheels straightened and the vibration was improved but not eliminated until I replaced them.
If possible, try to get a tire shop to spin balance and let you watch the inner and outer edge of the wheel while spinning - any visible movement and you should probably replace the wheel.

Do you have staggered? If not, and tires are not asymmetric, you can watch all 4 and put the worst one in the right rear, the best in the front and see if it is better. If it is minor, sometimes they will improve with a little wear and a rebalance later.
